Schrittmotorsteuerung für das David 3D Laserscanner Projekt     

Diese Steuerung besteht aus einer CPU Microcontrollerkarte  und der Steuersoftware.

Mit der Software können Sie folgende Befehle ausführen:

• Drei Achsen programmiert automatisch verfahren
• alle Achsen manuell fahren
  
• Achsen als Linear oder Rundachse
• Alle Achsen frei programmierbar in Winkelgraden 
• 4 Linienlaser ansteuern (ein/aus)
  
• 2 x 220V~  Verbraucher steuern (z.B. Licht ein/aus)
  
• Leichte Programmierung durch Mausklick
• Die Achsen können sehr langsam bewegt werden
• Die Geschwindigkeit der Achsen ist frei regelbar
• Zwei vorprogrammierte Geschwindigkeiten
• Die David Laserscanner Software weitestgehend automatisch steuern
• Anpassung jeder Hardware über Parameter.

Zur Zeit werden die Prototypkarten und Software noch getestet.

Da die Herstellung der CPU Karte sich nur lohnt und vor allem bezahlbar ist wenn wir genügend Interessenten haben, sollten Sie bei Interesse eine kurze Mail an uns schreiben. Sobald eine Vielzahl an Leuten ihr Interesse angemeldet hat werden wir die CPU Karte in Serie produzieren.

Auf Anfrage würden wir auch Karten manuell anfertigen. Preis richtet sich auch hier nach Anzahl und Aufwand.

This controller contains one CPU micro controller board and the software

The software is able to do the following tasks:

• three axis programmed - proceeded movement
• manual drive for all axis
• axis as linear or round axis
• all axis freely programmable in degrees of angle
• on/off functions for 4 linear lasers
• 2x220V~ consumer control (like: light on/off)
• easy programmable by mouse clicks
• extreme slow-movement of the axis
• speed free adjustable for all axis
• two preset speeds
• nearly automatic control of the David software
• adjustable to every hardware by parameters

At the moment we are doing tests with some prototypes and the software.

Cause the development of the CPU board is very costly, we need some interested people to keep the budget low. If you are interested, please send us a short email. As soon as we have a lot of interested people, we will go in production for the CPU board for the first series.

If asked by you, we can also produce the CPU as taylor made. The price will be calculated on the number of pieces and expenditure.
